7-Day Return Period

You may request to return an eligible product within 7 days from the date you receive it, provided that the product has not been used and is returned in its original condition, subject to applicable Saudi laws and any legal exceptions.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product should:

  • Be unused and in its original condition

  • Include its original packaging and accessories

  • Not show signs of misuse, damage, or alteration by the customer

  • Be accompanied by the order number or proof of purchase

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or video of the item

  • A short description of the issue

Once the issue is reviewed and approved, we will assist you with the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for return where permitted by law, including products that:

  • Have been used

  • Have been damaged due to customer misuse

  • Were customized or made specifically for the customer

  • Fall under other legally exempt categories

Any statutory consumer rights under Saudi law remain unaffected.

Return Shipping

For returns made because the customer has changed their mind, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will handle the matter according to applicable consumer protection requirements.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed using an appropriate refund method.

For Cash on Delivery orders, we may contact you to arrange the most suitable refund method.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible and the return procedure may apply instead.

في Muhafa.store نحرص على أن تتسوق بثقة واطمئنان.

فترة الاسترجاع خلال 7 أيام

يمكنك طلب إرجاع المنتج المؤهل خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ استلامه بشرط عدم استخدامه وأن يكون بحالته الأصلية، وذلك وفقًا للأنظمة المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية والاستثناءات النظامية ذات الصلة.

شروط الاسترجاع

يجب أن يكون المنتج:

  • غير مستخدم وبحالته الأصلية

  • في تغليفه الأصلي مع جميع الملحقات

  • خاليًا من التلف الناتج عن سوء استخدام العميل

  • مرفقًا برقم الطلب أو إثبات الشراء

المنتجات التالفة أو المعيبة أو غير الصحيحة

إذا استلمت منتجًا تالفًا أو معيبًا أو مختلفًا عن المنتج الذي طلبته، يرجى التواصل معنا في أقرب وقت ممكن.

يرجى تزويدنا بـ:

  • رقم الطلب

  • صور أو فيديو واضح للمنتج

  • وصف مختصر للمشكلة

بعد مراجعة الحالة والموافقة عليها، سنساعدك بالحل المناسب، والذي قد يشمل الاستبدال أو استرداد المبلغ.

المنتجات غير القابلة للاسترجاع

قد لا تكون بعض المنتجات قابلة للاسترجاع في الحالات التي يسمح بها النظام، ومنها المنتجات التي:

  • تم استخدامها

  • تعرضت للتلف نتيجة سوء استخدام العميل

  • تم تصنيعها أو تخصيصها حسب طلب العميل

  • تندرج ضمن الفئات المستثناة نظامًا

ولا تؤثر هذه السياسة على حقوق المستهلك النظامية المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية.

تكاليف إعادة الشحن

في حالات الاسترجاع بسبب تغيير رأي العميل، قد يتحمل العميل تكلفة إعادة الشحن ما لم يتم الاتفاق على غير ذلك.

أما في حال كان المنتج تالفًا أو معيبًا أو غير صحيح، فسيتم التعامل مع الحالة وفقًا لمتطلبات حماية المستهلك المعمول بها.

استرداد المبلغ

بعد استلام المنتج المرتجع وفحصه، سنقوم بإبلاغك بحالة طلب الاسترداد.

في حال الموافقة، سيتم معالجة المبلغ بطريقة استرداد مناسبة.

بالنسبة لطلبات الدفع عند الاستلام، قد نتواصل معك لتحديد طريقة الاسترداد المناسبة.

إلغاء الطلب

إذا كنت ترغب في إلغاء طلبك، يرجى التواصل معنا في أقرب وقت ممكن.

إذا تم تجهيز الطلب أو شحنه بالفعل، فقد لا يكون الإلغاء ممكنًا وقد يتم تطبيق إجراءات الاسترجاع بدلًا من ذلك.
