All product prices displayed on Muhafa.store are shown in Saudi Riyals (SAR) unless otherwise stated.

4. Free Delivery

Muhafa.store currently offers free delivery across Saudi Arabia on eligible orders.

If a delivery fee applies to any particular order, it will be displayed during checkout before the customer confirms the purchase.

5. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders and locations.

Customers selecting Cash on Delivery agree to provide accurate contact and delivery information and to be available to receive the shipment.

Repeated refusal of confirmed COD orders or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts may affect the availability of COD for future orders where permitted by applicable law.

6. Orders

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation using the contact information provided during checkout.

Receiving an order confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has been dispatched.

We reserve the right, where permitted by law, to cancel or refuse an order in situations including:

1. شروط استخدام المتجر

ويخضع توفر المنتجات للتغيير دون إشعار مسبق.

3. الأسعار

جميع الأسعار المعروضة في Muhafa.store تكون بالريال السعودي (SAR) ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك.

قد تتغير الأسعار والعروض والخصومات وتوفر المنتجات قبل إتمام الطلب.

وسيتم عرض أي رسوم مطبقة قبل تأكيد الطلب.

4. التوصيل المجاني

يوفر Muhafa.store حاليًا توصيلًا مجانيًا داخل المملكة العربية السعودية للطلبات المؤهلة.

وفي حال وجود رسوم توصيل على طلب معين، فسيتم عرضها بوضوح أثناء إتمام الطلب وقبل تأكيد عملية الشراء.

5. الدفع عند الاستلام

يتوفر الدفع عند الاستلام للطلبات والمناطق المؤهلة.

عند اختيار الدفع عند الاستلام، يلتزم العميل بتقديم معلومات صحيحة للتواصل والتوصيل وأن يكون متاحًا لاستلام الشحنة.

قد تؤثر حالات الرفض المتكرر للطلبات المؤكدة أو فشل محاولات التوصيل المتكررة على إمكانية استخدام الدفع عند الاستلام في الطلبات المستقبلية، وذلك في الحدود التي يسمح بها النظام.

6. الطلبات

بعد تقديم الطلب، قد يصلك تأكيد باستخدام بيانات التواصل التي أدخلتها أثناء إتمام الطلب.

ولا يعني استلام تأكيد الطلب بالضرورة أن الطلب قد تم شحنه.

نحتفظ بالحق، في الحدود التي يسمح بها النظام، في إلغاء أو رفض الطلب في بعض الحالات مثل:

  • عدم توفر المنتج

  • وجود خطأ في السعر أو معلومات المنتج

  • الاشتباه في نشاط احتيالي

  • تعذر تجهيز أو توصيل الطلب

إذا تم تحصيل قيمة طلب لا يمكننا تنفيذه، فسيتم ترتيب استرداد المبلغ بالطريقة المناسبة.

تتم معالجة عمليات الاسترجاع والاستبدال والإلغاء واسترداد المبالغ وفقًا لـ:
